Newton are proud to sponsor our local Tonbridge Rugby Club, which is why we are renewing our sponsorship for another year!

Tonbridge Juddians RFC (TJs) play a big role in the local community here in Tonbridge, offering a friendly and sociable club atmosphere to all members and players. Their impressive membership already consists of:

Local Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club

- 600+ players of all ages
- 400+ minis and junior players (U6 to U15)
- 100+ academy players (U16 to U18)
- 140+ senior players (men and women)
- 50+ coaches and assistants
- 50+ regular volunteers and helpers
- 35+ sponsors
- 700+ non-playing members (supporters and parents)

All of this adds up to a thriving club set up, with four Senior Men’s sides, a large Youth and Mini’s section, and a tremendous women’s section. The results also speak for themselves:

The 1st XV Senior Men’s side achieved three successive promotions from 2008 to 2011 and won further promotion as league champions in the 2016-17 season.
The Academy U18s won the National Cup in the 2014-15 season.
The Academy U17s then repeated the effort in the 2016-17 season, winning another National Cup for the club.

TJ’s forward-looking ethos also reflects the values held by the family here at Newton Waterproofing – commitment, loyalty, belief and respect are principles that are emphasised throughout the club, with all members, players and guests treated equally.

This will be the third consecutive year that Newton have sponsored Tonbridge Juddians RFC, so we’ll be excited to see their progress throughout the season as they again push for promotion.
