HydroCoat 103 2K

  • High-Pressure Waterproof Strength: HydroCoat 103 2K is a high-performance cementitious coating designed as a cementitious waterproofing membrane for extreme conditions. The rapid airless spray application forms a hard, durable barrier on concrete and steel substrates.
  • Rapid Application, Chemical Resistance: HydroCoat 103 2K supports fast balcony waterproofing, podium deck waterproofing, and car park waterproofing. Consequently, installers achieve high output rates while protecting structures exposed to sulphate-contaminated ground.
  • Durable Protection, Extended Service Life: The coating resists acids, moisture, and chlorides. Therefore, it protects reinforced concrete in water tank waterproofing, lift pit waterproofing, and aggressive coastal or highway environments.

High Performance Cementitious Coating – Technical Overview

Applied to prepared concrete, HydroCoat 103 2K delivers reliable below-ground waterproofing under extreme positive and negative water pressure. As a result, it suits reservoirs, tanks, basements, and earth-retained structures requiring long-term durability. The coating applies efficiently to damp substrates and supports year-round installation. It maintains performance in cold conditions and delivers consistent results on complex detailing and large concrete areas across demanding sites.

The two-component cementitious formulation cures to form a hard, highly alkaline coating. HydroCoat 103 2K will also maintain its waterproofing integrity as it resists up to 10 bar positive and negative water pressure.

The dense cementitious structure provides very high diffusion resistance to carbon dioxide gas and chloride ions. As a result, the coating delivers protection equivalent to substantial concrete cover. Use HydroCoat 912-RT to reinforce static joints and structural details and improve performance at changes of direction and construction interfaces.

This cementitious waterproofing membrane supports balcony waterproofing, podium deck waterproofing, car park waterproofing, lift pit waterproofing, and water tank waterproofing. It also protects concrete structures exposed to aggressive ground conditions and long-term chemical attack.
