Newton PolyMaxx HA System

Reinforced Liquid-Applied Polymer Membrane System

PolyMaxx HA BBANewton PolyMaxx HA is a seamless, hand‑applied, reinforced liquid‑applied polymer membrane system for deck and flat roof waterproofing. The system is designed for use on decks, flat roofs, protected and unprotected balconies, and walkways, with or without falls.

  • Composition & performance: Reinforced hybrid‑polymer liquid coating, certified by the BBA, supported by a 20‑year warranty, and independently assessed with a service life exceeding 30 years under standard exposure conditions.
  • Curing technology: Advanced polymer chemistry enables rapid curing; each coat typically achieves full cure within 30-40 minutes, regardless of temperature. This allows multi‑layer application and full system installation within a single working day, in all seasons.
  • Bonding & durability: Fully bonded to the substrate, the membrane eliminates water tracking pathways. The reinforced structure provides flexibility, tensile strength, and long‑term resistance to mechanical and environmental stresses.
  • Installation & QA: Exclusively installed by Newton‑approved contractors. Application is carried out by trained and carded operatives, with full documentation and quality assurance procedures provided as part of the warranted system.

One‑day installation. 30‑year protection. Zero compromise.

How PolyMaxx HA Works for Deck and Flat Roof Waterproofing

PolyMaxx HA is designed around a simple principle: a single waterproofing system that adapts reliably to different site conditions without changing how it is installed. Core components are combined as required to suit roof build-up, exposure, detailing, and programme, while installation remains consistent and repeatable. This allows the system to be tailored to the project without increasing complexity on site, delivering predictable, durable waterproofing performance.

System Highlights

  • Flexible and durable thanks to unique hybrid-polymer technology
  • Rapid-cure technology
  • Fast application – typical curing times of 30 minutes per coat in all seasons – Applies to PolyMaxx HA, PolyMaxx HA Primer, PolyMaxx Sealer and PolyMaxx Grip Coating
